We moved here from out of state so we didn't know anything about the area ot local real estate. Mark Mcphee was very informative about the area and real estate transactions. We had come down several months before and Mark Mcphee had lined up several houses for us to view in different areas, by doing this we were able to decide where we wanted to live and the style of house we wanted. She cleaned the house, rearranged furniture, waited for new appliances to be delivered/installed, power washed the walkways and pool deck, and most likely other things I never even knew about.
